 ※ 참여제한: 타 재정지원사업의 유사?동일 건 중복수혜 불가

   이전 사업 기간 중 동일사업 신청 후 최종결과물 미제출자 재지원 불가

지원내용

? 논문 1편당 영문교정료 1회 최대 550천 원 상한, 1인당 논문 수 제한은 없으나 동일 논문 중복지원 불가

 ※ 단, 우선 신청 건 투고확인서 제출 완료 후 재신청 가능하며 부득이한 경우 담당자에게 문의 바람

지원횟수

? 논문 1편당 1회 지원, 1인당 신청 논문 수 제한 없으나 동일 논문 중복지원 불가하며

  우선 신청 건 투고확인서 제출 완료 후 재신청 가능

지원범위

? 아래 세 가지 조건을 모두 만족 시

1) 신청자가 투고 논문의 주저자(제1저자 또는 교신저자)

2) 국제학술지(SCIE, SSCI, A&HCI, SCOPUS)에 3개월 내 투고 예정인 논문

3) Pusan National University 소속 표기된 논문

지원방법

? 협력업체(에디티지/누리스코) 이용: 국제협력실이 협력업체에 교정료 직접 지급

? 협력업체 외 교정업체 이용: 신청자 선결제 후, 국제협력실에서 신청자 통장으로 교정 비용 후지급

최종결과물

? 사업 신청 후 3개월 내 해당 PLATO에 국제학술지 투고확인서 제출 필수

유의사항

? 최종결과물(투고확인서) 제출하지 않은 논문에 대한 지원금은 환수 조치함

? 협력업체 외 교정업체를 이용할 경우, 세금계산서 또는 카드 결제 등 공인된 증빙을 발급할 수 없는

  개인에게 의뢰한 교정은 지원 불가

Content

Application Period

? Apr. 10th, 2025 - Jan. 31st, 2026

Eligibility

? As of the application date, enrolled graduate students or registered research students*

  i n the BK21 FOUR Education Research Group(Team)

  *Master’s degree students who were admitted for less than two years/ Ph.D. students who were

    admitted for less than four years/ Integrated MS-Ph.D. students who were admitted for less than

    six years

 ※ Disqualification: Financial aid for editing & proofreading services from other funding sources 

     cannot be duplicated

   Students who haven’t submitted the final document of the previous project are not

   eligible to apply again

Support Amount & Application Limit

? Up to 550,000 KRW per paper

 ※ Multiple applications per person are allowed; however, the second application MUST be made 

     after the final document of the previous one has been submitted

Criteria

? Must meet all three conditions below:

1) The applicant must be the main author: either the first author or the corresponding author

2) The paper must be submitted to international journals(SCIE, SSCI, A&HCI, SCOPUS) within

    3 months of application

3) The paper must include the affiliation of Pusan National University

Options

? Using Partner Companies (Editage/Nurisco):

  Service fees are paid directly to the company by PNU International

? Using Non-partners:

  The applicant pays first, and the payment amount will be reimbursed to the applicant’s bank

  account by PNU International.

Final Submission

? A document proving that the paper has been submitted to an international journal

    must be submitted within 3 months after receiving the financial aid(upload on PLATO)

Notes

? The financial aid must be returned if the final submission has not been uploaded on

  PLATO within 3 months of the application

? If a non-partner company is chosen, editing and proofreading services cannot be

  requested from individuals who are unable to provide official documents, such as

  a tax invoice or card receipt
