2. 무슬림 유학생 명상실 겸 조리실 신청 : 2025. 2. 6.(목) 10:00 ~ 2. 10.(월) 18:00  (한국시간 기준)

  2) 식사 취소신청을 한 학생 : 구글폼 신청

     식사 취소신청을 하지 않은 학생 : 구글폼 신청 + 종교를 증명할 수 있는 증명서 이메일 제출 (idorm@pusan.ac.kr)

  3) 이용료 : 35,000원 (3. 1. ~ 6. 23.)

    - 한 달에 10,000원으로 책정됨

    - 납부기간 : 2. 6.(목) ~ 2. 10.(월)

    - 납부한 후 영수증을 idorm@pusan.ac.kr 로 보내야 함

    - 납부는 한화로만 입금 가능하며, 입금할 계좌번호는 구글폼에 공지

    - 해외에 있어서 한국의 은행에 방문하지 못하거나, 한국 계좌가 없는 학생은 귀국 후 수납해야 함

    - 수납까지 완료한 학생들만 이용 가능

    - 중도 퇴사하는 경우 환불 가능하며, 한 달(1일 ~ 30일 또는 31일) 중 하루라도 사용하면 한 달 이용료 환불 불가함

※입사하실 때 반드시 배정된 건물 번호, 방 번호를 알려주셔야 합니다.(본인의 방 번호 꼭 숙지해주세요.)

    학번 또는 이름만 알려주실 경우, 체크인 시간이 많이 소요됩니다.

※ 각 기숙사 (경비실) 방문 → 대여품(침대시트, 출입카드 등) 수령 → 입사서명 후 입사

※ 침대시트만 제공(이불대여 불가, 위생을 위하여 침대시트를 반드시 씌워서 사용할 것.)

※ 본인의 침구(이불, 베개 등)는 본인이 스스로 구매하시거나 준비해 오셔야 합니다.

※ 방 안에서 실외화(운동화, 구두 등)을 신으면 벌점이 부과됩니다.

1. Application for roommate : 2025. 2. 6.(Thu) 10:00 ~ 2. 10.(Mon) 18:00 (Korean Time)

   1) Student who wants to apply for a roommate, both of you need to apply for.

       (In case, only one student apply but other one doesn't, it is not accepted to apply for the roommate.)

   2) If you don't apply for a roommate, your roommate will be randomly assigned to the dormitory. (cannot be changed)

   3) If the student who you want to be a roommate with is Korean, both of you need to apply for a roommate via e-mail(idorm@pusan.ac.kr) 

      with filling out the attached "사유서" and submit that during the period of roommate application.

   4) If you want to have a Korean roommate, you need to apply for roommate via e-mail (idorm@pusan.ac.kr)

     (But if no Korean student who wants to be, your roommate will be allocated randomly.)

2. Application for Halal Kitchen & Masjid for Muslims : 2025. 2. 6.(Thu) 10:00 ~ 2. 10.(Mon) 18:00 (Korean Time)

  1) Online application via google form  (https://forms.gle/mwfguYS1ubZH6DWo6)

  2) Students who canceled meal : submit google form

     Students who didn’t cancel meal : submit Google form + certificate of religion via email (idorm@pusan.ac.kr)

  3) Usage Fee : 35,000 KRW (From March 1st to June 23rd)

    - Monthly rate : 10,000 KRW

    - Payment period : 2. 6.(Thu) ~ 2. 10.(Mon)

    - After payment, send the receipt to idorm@pusan.ac.kr

    - Payment must be made in Korean Won (KRW) only, and the account details will be provided in the Google Form announcement

    - Students who are abroad and unable to visit a Korean bank, or those without a Korean bank account, 

      must make payment upon coming/returning to Korea.

    - Only students who have completed the payment process can get the access.

    - Refunds are possible upon mid-way leave, but if the service is used for even a single day within a month (1st to 30th or 31st), 

     the monthly usage fee will not be refunded.

3. Check your room allocation : After 2. 20.(Thu) 17:00 (Busan Campus)

4. Move-in

    - Busan/Miryang Campus : Starting 3. 1.(Sat) 10:00

※ Meal in the dormitory cafeteria is available after 3. 2.(Sun).

※ When check-in, you are required to inform your Building No. and Room No. (Please remember your room No.)

    If you just say your student ID or name, your check-in will take a lot of time.

  ※ Procedure : Visit security office of each dorm → Get rental goods(bedsheet, room entrance card) → move in after signing

  ※ Only bedsheet is provided(other beddings are not provided.

     Because of hygiene purposes, you need to put a bed sheet on mattress.)

※ You need to bring or buy your beddings(pillow, blanket, etc) by yourself.

※ If you wear outdoor shoes (sneakers, dress shoes, etc.) inside the room, you will be penalized.

5. Completion Dormitory Orientation (★ Mandatory)

   - Period : 3. 7.(Fri) ~ 3. 28.(Fri) (Busan, Miryang Campus)

   - How to : Online Orientation

   - More details will be uploaded on the website of the dormitory : https://dorm.pusan.ac.kr/

   - ★ If you don't take an orientation, you will get penalty points(-2 points).

        (Many students are unable to apply for dormitory accommodation in the following semester due to not attending the orientation. Please make    sure to complete the orientation.)

6. Receipt Print-out : Available from 3. 2.(Sun) 12:00  https://dorm.pusan.ac.kr/

7. Confirmation of Dormitory Resident Print-out : Available from 3. 2.(Sun) 12:00 https://dorm.pusan.ac.kr/

8. After moving into the dormitory, all schedule and notice will be uploaded on the PNU Dormitory website https://dorm.pusan.ac.kr/. 

So you need to visit the website regularly.

★ If you want to stay in the dormitory during summer/winter semester, you need to check the notice on the website of the dormitory(May/Nov) and apply for that to the dormitory (not PNU International)
