※ 위 기간에 휴·복학 신청 후 승인 완료된 경우는 2025학년도 2학기 휴학생/복학생이며, 학적은 2025학년도 2학기 개시일(2025. 9. 1.)에 휴학/재학으로 변경됨.
 
※ 휴·복학 1차승인은 소속학과, 최종승인은 단과대학 행정실에서 처리하오니, 휴·복학에 대한 자세한 문의는 소속 학과 또는 단과대학 행정실로 문의하시기 바랍니다.

We would like to inform you of the application period for leave of absence and reinstatement for the Fall semester 2024. To ensure a smooth process for changes such as transferring to another major or applying for a combined major, please make sure to submit your application within the specified period.

□ Leave of Absence & Reinstatement for spring semester 2024 Period

- 1st : 2025. 6. 25. (Wed) 09:00 ~ 7. 1.(Tue) 18:00

※ Students who applying for ‘the change of major’ or ‘double major.’ must apply for returning to school

- 2nd : 2025. 7. 25.(Fri) 09:00 ~ 8. 1.(Fri) 18:00

- 3rd : 2025. 8. 19.(Tue) 09:00 ~ 8. 22.(Fri) 18:00

□ Notice

- If your leave of absence is applied and approved within the periods above, you are a student on a leave of absence/ returning for Fall semester 2024. Also, your status will be changed to “on leave of absence/ enrolled” on the starting day of Fall semester 2025(2025.09.01.)

-The initial approval for leave of absence and reinstatement will be processed by the department office, while the final approval will be handled by the administrative office of the college. Therefore, for inquiries regarding leave of absence and reinstatement please contact either your department office or the administrative office of your college.

- Please make inquiries on Tuition Fee to Fiancial Dept.(재무과)(051-510-1051,1059) and inquiries on scholarship to Student Affairs Dept.(학생과) (051-510-1272,1281,1282).
