▶ 중요내용

   1) 결핵검진서(7월 1일 이후 "검사"기록) & 홍역 예방접종 증명서(2회 접종 기록 모두) 제출 필수 <기한 엄수>

   2) 기숙사비 납부는 한국 또는 해외에서 1번만 납부하면 됨(중복 금지)

   3) 식사취소는 기숙사 신청기간에만 가능

   4) 할랄실 신청은 정해진 신청기간에만 가능

   5) 기숙사 입사가능 시작일은 부산/양산 8월 29일(토), 밀양 8월 30일(일). 

      **이전에 미리 입사하는 것은 불가능**

▶ 홍역 관련 주요 문의내용:

Q1. 홍역예방접종을 했는데, 시간이 오래되서 기록을 찾지 못하는 경우 어떻게 하나요?

A1. 이 경우, 2가지 중 선택이 가능합니다.

      본국에서 홍역 예방접종을 받으시거나, 혹은 홍역 바이러스 항체가 있다는 증명서(진단서)를 발급받으셔서 제출하시면 됩니다.

Q2. 한국에 가기 전에 시간이 없어서 홍역 예방접종을 1번 밖에 할 수 없어요. 그러면 기숙사 신청이 취소되나요?

A2. 이 경우, 한국에 입국하시고 홍역 예방접종 1번을 기숙사 입사 후 추가로 내셔야 합니다. 

      일정기간이 지난 후에도 제출하시지 않으면, 기숙사에서 퇴실 처리됩니다. 

      홍역 예방접종은 일반적으로 1번쩨 접종 후 4주 이후에 2번째 접종을 받으실 수 있습니다.

▶ Religious exemption from the mandatory meal plan(Muslim/Hinduism Only) may be applied for through the "Google Form" within the designated application period.

▶ Important Notes

1. Submission of both the Tuberculosis (TB) Test Report (test conducted on or after July 1st) and the Measles Vaccination Certificate (records of both 2 doses) is mandatory.
2. Dormitory fees should be paid only once, either from Korea or from overseas. (Duplicate payments are prohibited.)
3. Meal plan cancellation is only available during the dormitory application period.
4. Application for Halal kitchen is only available during the designated application period.

5. The earliest dormitory move-in dates are:

   • Busan Campus / Yangsan Campus: August 29th (Sat)
   • Miryang Campus: August 30th (Sun)

   **Early move-in before the designated date is not permitted**

▶ Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Measles Vaccination

Q1. I received the measles vaccination a long time ago, but I cannot find my vaccination records. What should I do?

A1. In this case, you may choose one of the following options:

• Receive the measles vaccination again in your home country
• Submit a medical certificate or laboratory report proving that you have measles antibodies.

Q2. I do not have enough time before coming to Korea and can only receive one dose of the measles vaccine. Will my dormitory application be canceled?

A2.  In this case, you must receive and submit proof of the second measles vaccination dose after arriving in Korea and moving into the dormitory.

       If you fail to submit the required document within the designated period, you will be required to move out of the dormitory.

       In general, the second dose of the measles vaccine can be administered at least four weeks after the first dose.
