※ 유학생 증가와 효원재 공사로 인한 수용 인원 감소로 인해 "다수의 미선발자 발생 예정"입니다. 
     이번 가을학기(2026-2)의 경우, 기숙사 미선발 가능성을 고려하여 외부 숙소도 함께 알아보시기 바랍니다.

※ Due to the renovation of Hyowon Hall and the increasing number of international students, dormitory spaces remain limited. 

     For this upcoming Fall semester(2026-2), "Many Applicants may not be assigned a room." 

     Please explore off-campus housing options and make housing arrangements in advance.

Notice for Additional application of the dormitory, Fall Semester 2026



1. 외국인 유학생 2026학년도 2학기 기숙사 추가 신청기간은

  2026년 7월 22일(수) 10:00부터 7월 23일(목) 16:00 까지입니다. (한국시간 기준)

 

★ 진리관 1명, 자유관 6명 추가 선발 예정

★ 웅비관의 경우, 여석이 없기 때문에 추가 신청을 진행하지 않습니다.

    

2. 지원자격

  - 학부생 및 대학원생(신입생, 편입생, 재학생), (※ 2026학년도 2학기 휴학생 지원 불가)

  - 교환학생, 방문학생, 수료 후 연구생(등록한 학생에 한함), 연구원, 연구생

  - 기숙사 벌점이 3점 미만인 자

▶ 서류 제출 (제출장소 : 상남국제관 1층 국제협력실)

- 교수 추천서 1부(첨부 양식) : 7. 23.(목) 16:00까지

- 수료 후 연구생 등록금 납부 영수증 사본 : 8. 21.(금) 16:00까지

- 미제출시 기숙사 입사 취소됨

▶ “종교”적인 이유로 기숙사에서 식사를 하지 못하는 자에 한함

▶ 신청기간 : 2026. 7. 22.(수) 10:00 ~ 7. 23.(목) 16:00 (추가 신청기간과 동일)

▶ 의무식 제외신청서(첨부 양식) 및 증빙서류 구글폼 제출

★ Jilli Hall 1, Jayoo Hall 6 additional students will be selected.

★ For Woongbi Hall, additional applications cannot open because there are no vacancies.

 

2. Qualifications

  - Undergraduates & Graduates(Freshmen, transfer and enrolled students),

  (※ Not available application for students on a leave of absence in the Fall Semester, 2026)

  - Exchange & Visiting Students, diploma candidates(only enrolled ones), researchers, research students

  - Below 3 penalty points
