* Important Notes Regarding Application Submission
- Document Submission: Applicants must submit all additional documents required by their respective university or department directly to the institution.
- Non-Return Policy: Submitted documents will not be returned. Additional documentation may be requested if necessary.
- Required Sets: A total of three (3) sets of documents must be submitted:
- One (1) set of original documents
- Two (2) sets of photocopies
- Organisation: Documents must be arranged in the exact order listed on the NIIED Checklist.
- Binding Prohibitions: Do not use staplers, plastic covers, or file binding for individual documents. (Note: Paper clips are permitted.)
- Labelling: Please write the document name in the upper-right corner of each page.
- Disqualification Warning: Failure to submit the required photocopies or providing incomplete documentation may result in disqualification.
- Separation of Sets: Original documents and photocopies may be submitted separately; however, binding or covering them is strictly prohibited. If only original documents are submitted without the required photocopies, the application may be cancelled.
- Accuracy: Clearly indicate your intended department and specific major on the application form. Incorrect information may lead to the cancellation of your application.
- Translation: Documents not written in Korean or English must be accompanied by a notarised translation in either language.
- Language Precedence: This guide is provided in both Korean and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the Korean version shall take precedence.
