-외국인등록사항 변경 신고 안내-

출입국관리법 제 35조에 따라 등록외국인[국내거소신고 대상자(F-4)는 제외]은 아래 신고사항이 변경되었을 때에는 14일 이내에 체류지 관할 출입국관리사무소장에게 외국인등록사항 변경 신고를 하여야 하며, 이를 위반할 경우 과태료가 부과됩니다.

신고사항 : 성명, 성별, 생년월일, 국적, 체류지, 여권의 번호·발급일자·유효기간, 학교 변경(명칭 변경 포함)

* 여권 재발급일로부터 14일 이내에 신고해야함
(여권 발급일 기준 14일이 경과된 날로부터 과태료 부과 기간 산정)

* 해외에서 체류하면서 여권 등을  발급받은 자는 입국한 날로부터 14일 이내에 신고
(입국 후 14일이 경과된 날로부터 과태료 부과 기간 산정)

-The Declaration of the Change of Foreigner Registration-

   According to the 35th rule of Immigration Control Law, registered foreigners(except declaration for domestic living[F-4]) are required to make declarations of the change of foreigner registration to local immigration office within 14 days if there is any change as following. Anyone violating the regulation will be fined.

Declaration Matter :

Name, Gender, Birth Date, Nationality, Place of residence, Passport Number/Date of Issue or Expiry, Change of school(including the name of school)

* Declarations are supposed to be made within 14 days if it’s reissued.(Fine should be paid if it’s been 14 days since the day of issue of passport.) 

* Foreigners who stay and obtain passports oversea also have to make declaration within 14 days after entering Korea.
(Fine should be paid if it’s been 14 days since the day of entering Korea.)
