Final exam plan for Fall Semester 2021

2021학년도 2학기 기말고사를 다음과 같이 실시함을 알려드립니다.

1. 기본사항

  가. 시험기간 : 2021. 12. 15.(수) ~ 12. 21.(화)

  나. 평가방법

   - 담당교수는 교수계획표에 명기된 성적평가 기준(평가요소, 평가방법, 반영비율)에 따라 학생들의 성적을 평가

  - 기말고사는 대면시험을 원칙으로 함

   - 유증상자, 백신접종 및 백신접종으로 인한 이상반응 발생으로 시험응시가 불가한 경우에 대하여 추가시험을 실시할 수 있으며 추가시험 실시 일시 및 방법은 교과목 담당교수 자율로 결정하도록 함

  다. 시험시간표 공고 및 조회

? (학생) 교과목별 시험시간표 반드시 확인

    - 조회 기간 : 2021. 12. 8.(수) ~ 12. 14.(화)

    - 조회 메뉴 : 학생지원시스템 > 수업 > 시간표조회 > 시험시간표

2. 대면시험 시행 지침

  가. 사전 준비사항 : 감염병 예방 교육, 환경 위생 관리 철저

  나. 시험 당일

   - 건물별 주요 출입구 1개소만 개방하여 모든 출입자에 대한 발열 확인 실시

   - 시험 응시 학생은 반드시 안면인식 카메라로 체온측정 및 QR 리더기 체크인 후 건물 출입

   - 학생, 감독자 등 시험 관련자 전원 마스크 착용, 손소독제로 손 위생 후 건물 출입

   - 반드시 강의실, 좌석에 부착된 QR코드 스캔 후 착석

     ※ QR코드 사용이 불가한 강의실 또는 QR코드 인식이 불가한 학생의 경우, 강의실별 일일 건강상태 점검표(강의실용) 비치하여 작성

   - 강의실 청소, 소독 및 환기 강화

  다. 시험 종료 후 : 교·내외 시설물 이용을 최대한 자제하고 즉시 귀가

B. Evaluation Method

   - In principle, the final exam shall be conducted face-to-face

   - Additional tests are carried out on a person with a expected symptom or adverse effects after vaccination

      ※ Contact the office of the department of your class for additional tests on the case of a person with a symptom.

C. Timetable for final exam

- Please make sure to check your own timetable for final exams. You should find each course’s test plan on your own.

- Period: 2021. 12. 8. (Wed) ~ 12. 14(Tue)

2. Face to face test

  a). Preparation : Infectious Disease Prevention Training, Thorough Environmental Hygiene Control

  b). On examination day

   - Check your temperature in the building main entrance

   - All test-related people should check their body temperature and QR check-in when entering the building

   - All test-related people must wear masks and enter the building after hand sanitizing with hand sanitizer

   - Scan QR code in the classroom and your seat

     ※ Please fill out daily health check note when QR is not provided or it is unable to be scanned

   - Reinforcement of classroom cleaning, disinfection and ventilation

  c). After the end of examination : Please refrain from using school facilities as much as possible and return home immediately
