2022학년도 1학기부터 PLATO 스마트출석부(종이 없는 출석부)를 적극 활용할 예정으로, 그에 앞서 스마트출석부 사용 방법을 알려드리니 꼼꼼히 읽어보시길 바랍니다.

스마트 출석부

→ 대면수업 및 실시간 원격수업(ZOOM)시 사용

→ 수업이 시작되면, 교수님이 3자리 숫자를 알려주실 예정.

→ 그 3자리 숫자를 ‘허용시간’ 내에 스마트 캠퍼스 앱을 이용하여 입력해야 함.

→ 허용시간 내에 입력 완료할 경우 정상적으로 출석 처리 됨.

* 허용시간은 교수님께서 자율적으로 설정하실 예정. (각 수업 OT시간에 공지될 것으로 예상됨.)

* 출석방법을 반드시 제대로 이해하여, 출석을 놓치는 일이 없도록 하시길 바랍니다.

SMART-Attendance (Paperless one) would be introduced from Spring semester 2022. Please read the guidance below thoroughly and get the hang of this new system.

Smart Attendance

→ available in both (1) Face-to-Face course and (2) Zoom course

→ Everytime course starts, professor would notice a 3-digit number to students.

→ Students must put that 3-digit number in smart campus app within available time

→ If you succeed in putting right numbers in time, your attendance would be automatically approved.

※ Please take a careful look below.

*Professors would set ‘the available time for attendance’: 1 min, 3mins, 5mins, 10mins.. etc. 

On the first day of course would details be noticed.

*Make sure to have a good understanding with this new attendance system. Attendance rate is highly related to grades.
