Exchange Student Program

Pusan National University (PNU) has established exchange partnerships with universities around the world. Through the Exchange Student Program, students from partner universities may study at PNU for one or two semesters while experiencing academic life and campus culture in Korea.

Students whose home universities have an exchange agreement with PNU may participate in the program through nomination by their home institution. If you are interested in applying, please contact the international affairs office at your home university for detailed information on nomination and application procedures.

Benefits for Exchange Students

Incoming exchange students nominated by PNU’s partner universities are eligible for the following benefits:

  • Tuition and registration fee waiver at PNU(Students pay tuition at their home university.)
  • Opportunity to take Free Korean language courses
  • Discounted participation in the PNU Summer School program
  • Buddy Program: 1:1 matching with a PNU student

Exchange benefits may vary depending on the agreement between partner universities. For further details, please contact the international affairs office at your home university or PNU OIA.

Application Procedure

First, please confirm that your home university has an exchange agreement with Pusan National University (PNU). Applications must be submitted through nomination by your home university. Please follow the instructions provided by the international affairs office at your home institution regarding the nomination and application process.

Once nominated as an exchange student, applicants are required to complete the online application and upload the required documents listed below.

Applicants who are not citizens of OECD member countries must additionally submit original documents by post for selected items as specified below.

  • Certificate of Enrollment(Non-OECD applicants must submit an Apostille-certified original document by post.)
  • Official Transcript(Non-OECD applicants must submit an Apostille-certified original document by post.)
  • Bank Statement(Non-OECD applicants must submit the original document by post.)

교환학생 프로그램

부산대학교는 세계 여러 국가의 우수 대학들과 교류 협정을 체결하고 있으며, 협력 대학 학생들은 교환학생 프로그램을 통해 부산대학교에서 한 학기 또는 두 학기 동안 수학할 수 있습니다. 교환학생들은 전공 수업 수강과 함께 다양한 문화 및 교내 프로그램에 참여하며 한국의 대학 생활을 경험할 수 있습니다.

부산대학교와 교환학생 협정을 체결한 대학에 재학 중인 학생은 소속 대학의 추천을 통해 지원할 수 있으며, 지원 절차 및 일정에 대한 자세한 사항은 현재 재학 중인 대학의 국제교류 담당 부서에 문의하시기 바랍니다.

교환학생 혜택

해외 협력대학 소속 교환학생으로 부산대학교에 파견될 경우, 다음과 같은 혜택을 받을 수 있습니다.
  • 부산대학교 수업료 면제 (소속 대학에 등록금 납부)
  • 무료 한국어 수업 수강 기회 제공
  • 부산대학교 썸머스쿨 참여 시 할인 제공
  • 부산대학교 학생과의 1:1 버디(Buddy) 프로그램 제공

지원 절차 안내

먼저, 소속 대학이 부산대학교와 교환학생 협정을 체결한 협력 대학인지 확인해야 합니다. 교환학생 지원은 반드시 소속 대학의 추천(Nomination)을 통해 진행되며, 자세한 절차는 소속 대학의 국제교류 담당 부서의 안내에 따라 진행하시기 바랍니다.

소속 대학에서 부산대학교 교환학생으로 추천된 학생은 온라인 지원 시스템에 접속하여 지원서를 작성하고, 아래의 필수 서류를 업로드해야 합니다.

OECD 회원국 국적이 아닌 경우, 일부 서류는 원본을 별도로 우편 제출해야 합니다.

  • 여권 사본
  • 재학증명서(OECD 회원국 국적이 아닌 경우 아포스티유(Apostille) 제출 및 원본 우편 제출 필수)
  • 성적증명서(OECD 회원국 국적이 아닌 경우 아포스티유(Apostille) 제출 및 원본 우편 제출 필수)
  • 은행 잔고 증명서(OECD 회원국 국적이 아닌 경우 원본 우편 제출 필수)
  • 수학계획서 (Study Plan)
